Yes, we're a bank. And yes, this is a banking position in our customer service team. But we're not like regular banks – and we don't hire regular bankers.

With over 5,000 staff across our network of over 750 retail branches, agencies and kiosks our people are the face of NAB and our focus is providing our customers with the help, guidance and advice they deserve.

In branch you're the first point of contact for a range of customer inquiries and processing transactions. What we need from you:

  • Have quality conversations over the counter
  • Match the right product and service to our customers' needs
  • Be comfortable identifying needs and making referrals to in branch specialists
  • Bring positivity and lots of energy

This role offers much more than just variety and balance, it offers the right person a starting point for a great service and sales focused career within NAB. You will be passionate about service and have a background in customer service to be successful in this role.

The role is being offered as a part-time position over 5 days of approx. 35 hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 4.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.15pm.
