You’ll be part of a Payment solutions team who are masters in providing leading payment solutions to SME Merchants. Together, we enable everyone at MYOB to carry out the company’s vision of helping businesses succeed.

The opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled merchant services/ support representative to join a winning team whilst the business continually experiences growth in the payment services industry.

The role
This role will see you provide exceptional phone and email support to Clients through actioning of support requests and resolution of Client issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Perform KYC checks and determine overall risk profile for new applications
  • Participate in outbound Client campaigns to assist in the achievement of Client satisfaction
  • Participate in the activation of new Merchants and settlement of held funds
  • Prepare risk review documentation highlighting areas of risk for escalated merchant service applications
  • Build strong relationships with other members of the Payment Operations & Support and broader Payment Solutions

What you will bring

  • Customer Service experience preferably in payments/financial services
  • Experience in merchant or related risk assessment environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy proven troubleshooting ability
  • A solid background in providing a high-quality customer experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style
