About the role and location
Box Hill is located 14 kms east of Melbourne's CBD. The Box Hill branch is looking for their next Customer Service Supervisor to join the team. This position would be ideal for someone with a banking or retail background who has operational experience.
Our Customer Service Supervisors lead the way in our branches. This is an exciting and rewarding position that requires you to actively mentor and coach staff to ensure that exceptional customer service is provided to assist our customers achieve their financial goals. In addition, you will support the Branch Manager with administrative functions, branch operations and the referral of loans.
We have a full time permanent position at our Box Hill branch.
About you
As a Customer Service Supervisor you will bring:
- Supervision and coaching skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve complex customer enquiries
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven planning and time management skills
- Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and process
- FSRA accreditation T2 would be advantageous
