An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Enterprise Risk Management Advice team as a Risk in Change Manager.
Reporting into the Head of ERM Advice, the Risk in Change Manager supports the Head of ERM Advice, other ERM teams and the Group businesses to embed the complete and consistent application of Rick in Change in line with the ERM’s framework across the Advice business.
The role requires close liaison with key stakeholders, working closely with business representatives and senior leaders as an effective second line of defence.
Key responsibilities:
• Supporting the identification, measurement and monitoring of both 'delivery risks' and ‘delivered risks’ in the project/change lifecycle
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure projects and change initiatives are in line with the ERM framework
• Support project managers and change owners in the delivery of appropriate risk response plans
Key requirements:
• Strong understand of the Australian Financial Planning industry
• Ability to constructively challenge, consult and advise, whilst maintaining excellent relationships and the respect of senior executives
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and influence
