A Financial Service provider is looking for several Change Managers to be apart of their successful team. You will need to have worked previously with different System Projects.

Your new role
You'll be responsible for the following;

• Development and maintenance of stakeholder management and communications components of the Business Transformation & Change Program plan
• Identification and management of issues and risks relating to stakeholder management and communications components of the Business Transformation and Change Program plan
• Stakeholder engagement and communications plan
• Change management plan and associated materials
• Engage the Organisational Development capability to coordinate the appropriate involvement in key program planning and work

What you'll need
You will have the following to succeed;

• Demonstrates experience and capacity to influence significant organisational changes and improvements in a Financial Services environment
• Proven capacity to establish relationships, work in partnership with stakeholders and influence senior executives
• Highly developed oral and written skills
• Ability to plan and pursue challenging goals whilst successfully managing competing priorities
• Agile experience
