They provide local leadership, guide their teams and create magic for our customers.

The person
As a Branch Manager, you're:

• Passionate about people and you put the customer at the forefront of everything you do. 
• A natural born leader and you care about the development and careers of the people around you. 
• You have the skills and experience to deliver results and lead your team to success. 
• Your attitude and passion are as important to us as your experience.  Previous banking experience is an advantage, as is an eye for detail and proven track record in sales and entrepreneurship.
