I am currently working with a Global asset manager who are looking for a juior sales analyst. This position will be responsible supporting the Institutional sales team through research and analysis of prospects, Request for proposal (RFP) writing and management of the CRM database.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a team-based high performance environment for a market leading global financial services organisation. Key Responsibilities will include:
- Research and analysis of industry and competitor prospects including the development and maintenance of client and prospect profiles.
- Development of prospecting reports for the institutional sales team.
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs, tenders and presentations for all Australian institutional asset assignments across Asia Pacific.
- Management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database of the sales team and its distribution
- Create ad hoc reports and client communication materials
- Answer requests for information concerning the firm, product characteristics and performance information.
To be considered for this role, the following Skills/Attributes are required
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Economics, Law, Marketing or a related field.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail
- Excellent writing abilities and editing skills
- A good team worker, capable of building strong and trusted internal working relationships across businesses and functions in order to deliver required results.
- Pro-active and inquisitive attitude with the ability to work independently
