About The Role

Role Location: 75 Puckle Street, Moonee Ponds VIC 3039

Role Type: Permanent, full time role

 

As a Home and Investment Lending Assistant, your goal is to deliver growth that meets Australian Retail Distribution objectives by driving mortgage client acquisition and increase performance across the Retail Branch Network.

 

Part of your day-to-day tasks include identifying referral opportunities for customers and drive repeat business and advocacy. This is also a chance for you to mentor and coach other members of the branch and inspiring them to achieve branch outperformance. Lastly, you will be in charge of identifying risk and security issues in the lending process, as well as ensuring adherence to ANZ policies, processes, and standards.
  
About You
To be successful in this role, you should bring in the following:

• Strong business development experience, ability to market themselves and can bring in new business
  
• Strong home loan and retail banking experience
  
• Strong negotiation skills and customer focus
  
• Comfortable with computers and digital technology
  
• FSRA Accreditation is highly regarded
