About The Role
Our established Sydney financial planning team is looking for exceptional Graduate Associate Advisers to join our national business with a unique offering of mentorship from a team of talented Advisers.
Our vibrant Sydney office offers a full suite of Accounting and Financial Services including financial planning, investments, risk insurance, corporate benefits, lending and general insurance as part of our family office services.
These are newly created roles that would involve supporting 2-3 Financial Advisers in providing strategic financial planning and investment advice to their client base, offering diversity and exposure to various strategies. The Graduate Associate Adviser acts as a point of contact for client queries and coordinates any actions required from client review meetings, providing financial planning administration support, research and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively communicate with clients and assist to determine how Centric Wealth can best meet their needs
· Assist the Financial Adviser to provide strategic financial planning and investment advice including, investment structures, estate planning, superannuation and retirement planning
· Prepare for and attend client meetings with Financial Advisers
· Provide full administrative and technical support to Advisers.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
· Passion for a career as a Financial Adviser;
· A relevant Bachelor’s degree; diploma in financial planning or in the process of obtaining
· Experience within a Financial planning environment (Paraplanning or Client support)
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload;
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
· The ability to work in a team environment;
