Key accountabilities of this position include:

• Administration support to financial advisers and fellow team members
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and extrernal clients
• Finalisation of Statement of Advices' to ensure quality presentation
• Preparation of client advice documents (Records of Advice)
• New business lodgement
• Maintenance of existing client investments and insurances
• Liaise with fund managers regarding business processing
• File management

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

A relevant Commerce/Finance/Economics degree is an advantage.
