We are recruiting for a number of Change Managers to drive change within Financial Crime Compliance Program of Action. These roles are all 12 month contracts and will be based in our new Haymarket office.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing and delivering change management plans to support projects. They must have experience within the banking/financial services industry and potentially come from a risk/compliance background.
Do work that matters
The Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Program of Action (PoA) is a multi-year risk transformation program designed to build and enhance a sustainable and effective Financial Crime organisational capability and operations. The PoA will facilitate improvements and drive change in the way we monitor, manage, report and control financial crime on a global scale.
There are six Obligations streams within the PoA responsible for driving the design and execution of initiatives aligned to financial crime improvements and end state capabilities. These streams are; Customer, Employee, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring & Reporting, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Tax. You will be working with one or more of the Obligations streams to drive change and implement the streams’ recommendations.

- Apply the PoA’s change approach and determine obligation change requirements for the Group. This will be done by defining the change, assessing the scale, scope and complexity of change.
- Work with various stakeholders to deliver change management & stakeholder engagement activities.
- Develop change objectives and measures of success that align to PoA’s objectives and desired benefits to ensure change is delivered to the Group in a sustainable and effective way
- Lead change impact and readiness assessments in consultation with the Business Unit change network
- Work with the business unit change network to ensure Obligation changes are understood. Drive the design of change interventions and content that can be customised to Business Unit requirements through the change network.
- Complete timely and accurate progress reports and project documentation to management, governance and change network banks to support central understanding and coordination of change workload.
We’re interested in hearing from people who:
- Proven experience designing and delivering change management plans to support projects
- Experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry
- Desirable experience in Risk & Compliance, (Operational Risk, AML or Risk in Change methodology)
- An effective communicator across multiple levels of business
- Be a good team player able to provide clear leadership and drive for team success
- Have the ability to think creatively, problem solve, develop solutions and influence outcomes
