Take this chance to use your premium Client Service Experience with an industry leading Global Boutique Investment Firm dealing with Private and Institutional clients. This is the perfect opportunity to develop experience across investment and consumer banking products. As a key contact point for Clients you will be the first contact on a wide range of products and services.As part of this broad client services role responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Monitoring all inbound communications from clients (emails, phone calls) and responding to queries in an appropriate and timely manner
• Prioritising daily tasks appropriately so that client requests are always attended to as a matter of urgency
• Managing each client interaction uniquely and professionally
• Recording all communications accurately and completely in the CRM system
• Documenting and maintaining internal procedures covering the business processes for all aspects of client servicing and administration
• Participating in the development of the CRM system with the IT team by suggesting enhancements, conducting user-acceptance-testing and providing feedback
• Working closely with the service provider to ensure client instructions are processed within the agreed timeframes, data integrity is maintained in the register and issues are being raised with the company as and when they occur
• Ensuring that non-standard daily processing issues, such as deficient documentation and account queries or complaints are carefully and sensitively managed and resolved timeously
• Working with the applications and information available from the service provider and building processes around this to enable efficient and professional servicing of clients
• Working closely with the business development teams and assisting them as and when required in their client facing roles and providing appropriate administrative support.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- 3-8 years Client Services experience within Wealth Management
- Had exposure to Platforms and dealing with Financial Advisors and Dealer Groups
- Related degree and an RG146 qualification
- Above average interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent corporate presentation
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
