I am looking for a Payments Analyst to join my banking client on a permanent basis, they are located in Sydney CBD and going through a huge period of growth.
You will be required to perform the day to day operations of the Payment Services team and provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
The main duties & responsibilities are listed below;
· Process all payment related transactions
· Process inward and outward clean cheque collections, bank cheque and demand draft · Process all low value payments (EPS, Periodical Payments)
· Assist with ‘Total Proof’ process and EOD process
· Prepare monthly statistics
· Respond to general enquiries and correspondence
· Assist with general duties such as filing, completing registers etc.
· Relieve other positions from time to time when staff are on leave
· Provide internal and external customers with exceptional service by ensuring all functions are actioned in a timely and accurate manner
