Senior Service Associate
Support a highly successful and growing team which writes annual volumes C$6.0 B of Asset Finance and has a national sales team.
You will join the broader Introducer Sales business, and more specifically the Introducer Service team, which is a centrally based team of service associates who support introducers and dealerships in all facets of their asset finance sales transactions across the various sales channels.
As a Senior Service Associate you will use your exceptional communication skills to deliver superior service to external and internal stakeholders, manage inbound calls and email enquiries, provide advice and guidance regarding products and policies and continue to drive and own improvement initiatives to enhance the introducer experience.
Using your collaborative approach and ability to grasp the ‘big picture’, you will identify and execute innovative solutions to enhance the sales experience, ensuring you continue to deliver key initiatives by building productive working relationships within the team and other departments.
