Working directly alongside the GM Strategy, you will lead work streams of key strategy projects, delivering insights that will drive strategic decisions. You will present to and collaborate with senior management in order to translate vision & insights into practical solutions that will fulfil the company's growth and transformation aspirations.
Your ability to solve complex strategic problems, lateral thinking and proven leadership capabilities will be called upon to lead a variety of customer-centric projects. You will have solid problem solving skills gained from a top tier strategy consulting firm, as well as ideally having experience in and a passion for the Financial Services sector.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years management consulting experience in a top tier strategy house
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Resilient personality with ability to demonstrate gravitas at the most senior level
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
