We currently have an opportunity available for a customer focused individual to join Qudos Bank's Operations Team as a Sales & Service Officer. Based in Head Office and reporting to the Sales & Service Supervisor this role will be responsible for assisting members with their banking inquiries and will relieve at the branch locations when required.
The Role:
In this role your primary responsibilities include the following:
- Monitor and respond to secure email
- Investigate new member on boarding requirements
- Responding to customer enquiries received via operations inbox
- Opening Non Personal Memberships within the Compliance provisions
- Servicing Member needs via online and telephone
- Assisting with ensuring all quality and operational standards are maintained with Non Personal Memberships.
- Cross sell Qudos Bank products & services
- Performing file maintenance and account changes as required
- Assist with Policy updates when required
- Perform any additional duties as directed by Bank Management
About You:
- Minimum 3 years sales support experience in a relevant role in the financial services sector
- Proficient in office productivity suites (for example Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to conduct scenario research using tools such as Google
- Proficient in constructing business appropriate emails
- Solid understanding of mathematical concepts
