This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with solid Customer Services experience to enter the exciting world of Financial Markets. We are currently looking for a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative in Sydney CBD to join the financial company. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Role as a Customer Service Representative your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalized service to clients and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, offering valuable finance solutions and proactively promoting the finance related products and service
  • You will need to have highly developed networking skills to generate self-sourced business opportunities
  • Your extraordinary customer service skills will be utilized in servicing the existing client base for a range of cross-referral opportunities
  • As a Customer Service Representative your duties include but not limited to exceeding your personal revenue objectives and contributing to the business’ overall sales expectations
  • Observe and work within key deadlines to ensure clients' financial goals are met appropriately

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Fluent in Mandarin and Eglish
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • RG 146 accreditation (Advantage)
  • Must have an experience in either financial company, bank or foreign exchange
  • Exceptional planning and communication skills
  • Proven skills in building long-term and sustainable business relationships
  • Familiarity with MS Office, web conferencing, reporting tools and sales automation platforms (CRM) such as Salesforce
  • Self starter
