We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our Lending Solutions Centre Team at our Western Sydney Regional Office based in Rooty Hill.
  
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for achieving individual and company goals through best practice leadership and coaching in an environment conducive to Teachers Mutual Bank Limited.
Key duties will include:

• Developing and reporting on KPI's whilst monitoring and supporting individual team members to achieve personal and business goals
• Coaching, mentoring and developing team members using TMBL coaching methodology and standards
• Providing service excellence and support to members, staff and all stakeholders across TMBL
• Assessing and signing-off on staff training and competencies in line with relevant competency procedures and guidelines
• Conducting individual monthly performance reviews with respective team members, provides regular feedback and addresses performance issues as they arise

About you
  
We’d like you to have:

• Experience in a similar role leading a sales team
• A comprehensive understanding of Personal Lending and Home loans
• Financial Services Reform Tier 2 accreditation
• Front Line Management or other relevant tertiary qualification would be highly regarded

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and experience in providing coaching and mentoring.
