We are an award winning online FX & CFD trading company based in Melbourne CBD.  We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Account Executive to join our Melbourne Headquarters.

Base Salary + Super + Bonus

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide client support including technical, operational and basic trading;
• Responding to client queries relating to account management;
• Responding to incoming enquiries from clients via email, live chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner;
• Assisting prospective clients via email, live chat and telephone with the account opening process;
• Client relationship management;
• Assisting in implementation of new procedures and processes;
• Adhere to revisions to existing compliance practices and procedures, as implemented by the Compliance Manager / Compliance Committee; and
• Co-operation and participation with ongoing training program.

Requirements

• Educated to a degree level;
• Client facing experience preferably in a finance related role;
• Genuine interest in financial markets;
• Experience using MT4 and MT5 platforms (basic trading knowledge an advantage, but not necessary);
• Basic IT troubleshooting skills;
• Willingness to work flexible hours between 6am-7pm;
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in a second language will be an advantage; and
• Preferably RG146 qualified.
