Your new company

Your new role
The Training and Compliance Consultant will work within a team of 6, to implement the Capability and Assurance strategy across all functions of Sales and Service.
The role involves delivering development programs for new and existing staff, the completion of compliance checks and the implementation of feedback loops to support coaching and consequence management. In addition, there will be a focus on day to day management and continuous improvement of the knowledge management framework, to ensure all procedures are current, easy to use, and available for all staff.
What you'll need
You will be a passionate coach, driven by the improvement of individuals and teams. You will be comfortable facilitating in front of groups of people as well as working one on one with staff as required.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes;
- Subject matter expertise in maintaining a Knowledge Management Framework and experience in writing processes;
- Knowledge of compliance requirements within the financial services industry;
- The ability to develop and maintain training materials to build staff capability in a sales environment
- Ability to conduct needs based analysis and identify gaps in training and compliance
