About the team and role
Our Cairns North teams are leading the way in a new modern environment and customer experience. Create a vibrant and comfortable experience for our customers to choose to bank with Bendigo Bank ranked the 3rd most trusted Brand in Australia.*
Known internally as Customer Relationship Manager & Customer Relationship Officer they are responsible for the success of our customers via the provision of relevant products and services that truly meet their financial and wealth needs. They play an integral part in driving growth via business development activities and processing and assessing loans.
You will also be a key member of the leadership team engaging the staff to ensure their continued growth in the lending space; uplifting their capability through effective training and coaching covering relationship focussed conversations, sales and referral skills and development of product knowledge.
