Exciting, fast-paced role providing Quality Assurance for an international bank based in Sydney.
Your new company
This large financial institution are looking to increase headcount across their Financial Crime Operations, based in Western Sydney. The team you will be working in leads the group’s approach to managing AML/CTF sanctions and anti-bribery and corruption risks and obligations. The team is growing at a rapid rate currently, so this is a good chance to be a part of something big.
Your new role
Your role as a Quality Assurance Analyst is to oversee the effective delivery of the bank’s key processes, increasing governance and reporting, to ensure the FCO can deliver a high quality output. Your role will include:
- Strong adherence to company Quality Assurance guidelines.
- Supporting a team through developing and updating Process Maps, User guides and SOP’s
- Meeting minimum Quality Assurance volume expectations.
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the FCO team
- Providing quality insights with action plans to improve performance.
What you'll need to succeed
As a Quality Assurance Analyst within the FCO team you will have:
- A sound understanding of the Financial Crime regulatory framework with knowledge of the AML/CTF, Sanctions and ABC risk environment
- The ability to make sound judgement and decisions based on business needs
- Excellent communication skills to ensure understanding, engagement and commitment from stakeholders
- Strong customer service skills, a high attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills
