An award winning finance company is seeking a driven residential lending and relationship manager to drive and cross sell products to HNW customers. Responsibilities:

• Qualifying leads and referrals via phone/email/face-to-face and proactively convert to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Providing ongoing customer contact and support through the application process of residential loans.
• Initiating and converting enquiries into client relationships.
• Taking ownership of client queries, using your industry knowledge and experience to overcome challenges and solve problems.
• Developing and maintaining referrer relationships.

Requirements:

• You will be driven and committed to help drive the growth of the team and support them to achieving challenging business goals.
• Strong mortgage experience with an understanding of the end to end process
• To be successful you will need to be results focussed and driven.
• Outstanding communication skills and a strong client focus.
• Strong analytical problem solving skills and a commercial mindset.
• A focus on continuous process improvement and excellence; and tertiary qualifications in a related field.
• You have a passion for sales and want to build a career.
