About the Role;
We are offering an interesting and varied position for an experienced Administration Assistant who can “hit the ground running” and who enjoys providing administrative support within the financial planning industry. This role will work closely with our two Client Service Managers.
Your range of responsibilities will include;
- Working closely with the Client Services Managers with day to day Administrative tasks
- Preparation of monthly client review material, including database maintenance
- Word processing of financial reports, client letters and documents
- Scanning and filing of incoming client related documents
- Entering and updating client appointments and data into Xplan
- Relieving of the Receptionist role when they are away or unavailable
A demonstrated background of working within the financial planning industry and knowledge of Xplan will be highly regarded.
You must have developed organisational skills, strong attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines. It is essential that you also have a professional phone manner and strong computer literacy, especially in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Hours: The role is a permanent position with hours 8:30am – 5pm Mon-Fri, however for the right candidate we may be able to offer some flexibility of hours.
