As a Data Analyst, you will leverage all CUA data sources to provide analytics, reporting, insights and data extracts. You will identify business opportunities that deliver customer growth, increased customer value and drive business outcomes. You are a key contributor to our Insights, Reporting & Analytics team and can demonstrate critical thinking and influence across the broader CUA. You will be need to be flexible and creative to ensure the best data is used in each situation and that data has been appropriately tested, validated and manipulated before being distributed. You will need good SAS/SQL programming skills or have experience in SAS Enterprise Guide to be successful in this role.

- Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Excellent skills in Excel and data reporting tools
- Data report building skills, analytic experience, and experience working with corporate data warehouses
- Data extraction and manipulation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities through analytics and turn analytics in to business outcomes
- Capable of delivering complex topics in a non-technical manner
- Exposure to predictive modelling tools and techniques
- Understanding of ETL systems and processes
- 3 years plus experience in the banking and finance industry
- 3 years plus experience with SAS / SQL programming
- Demonstrates initiative, sound analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
