About The Role
Role Location: 16 Miles St, Mount Isa QLD 4825
Role Type: Permanent Part-time, 28 hours per week
Shift Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 11:15am-4:15pm
Tuesday: 8:45am-4:15pm
Friday: 11:15am-5:15am
As a Personal Banker, you will deliver the desired customer experience by adopting a positive relationship-based, customer centric approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritising the complete financial needs of customers by educating customers on easy ways to bank. Provide a full range of professional sales expertise and advice to help customers to meet their financial needs and goals. Dynamically seek opportunities to make appropriate customer referrals to accredited specialist staff and contribute to overall branch profitability, achieving and seeking to outperform against targets.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following-
- Tier 2 Accreditation
- Customer centric and sales oriented
- Role models a strong customer focus, preferably with retail and/or sales experience
- Influential user and promoter of technology
- Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Passionate, shows initiative
