We currently have a great position available for an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join the team within our Operations division. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure across all aspects of Claims reporting and analytics.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-down and bottom-up analysis of operational and financial data with particular focus on developing new reporting metrics and tools across Allianz's portfolio of CTP schemes. Whilst the role will be CTP focussed, as a member of the Business Performance Team you will also gain the opportunity to leverage your skill set across General Insurance claims. You will use data to identify performance trends and work closely with the management team to understand the drivers and improvement required to maintain and improve performance across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Management Reporting maintain production of existing reporting in an accurate and timely manner for use by senior management and frontline staff
- Development of a New CTP Reporting Platform - assist develop and implement new and upgraded reporting systems for use by the Operations and Claims management teams
- Analytical Support - provide high quality analysis of business trends and key performance indicators to all stakeholders
- Project Monitoring and Support - manage data requirements for key projects within Operations as required
Applications will be considered from candidates from a wide range of industries with the success applicant possessing superior performance reporting and analytics experience.
Suitable candidates will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:
- Highly developed analytical and mathematical skills and a track record of delivering results
- Demonstrated skills in Advanced MS Excel, VBA, MS Access, and SAS and the willingness to learn new reporting techniques and tools
- Ability to organise and prioritise work, whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Team player with capable of working independently with low levels of supervision
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all level of seniority
- A proven track record a self development
- Experience with CTP or similar long tail business lines will be favoured, but is not essential
