We are seeking a Home Finance Manager to work in Geraldton selling Bankwest consumer lending deposits and collateral products as well as services to customers who are unable to make it in to the bank. Partnering with our Store colleagues this role offers a unique opportunity to work as a team to achieve best results for your customers and Bankwest.
The role is responsible for:
•Delivering consumer lending products and services
•Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers
•Managing end-to-end home loan process for your customers through to settlement
•Delivering sales within the required risk and regulatory framework
•Being fully mobile - delivering consumer lending products and services to customers outside of standard working hours and offsite at customers' requests
•Proactively generating new leads and ongoing nurturing of a referral network (internal and external)
We are looking for someone with the natural ability to build strong customer and stake holder relationships paired with the flexibility to deliver consumer lending products and services to customers outside of standard working hours and offsite at customers' requests.
You will have a real drive to deliver results and offer exceptional customer service whilst having the ability to develop and extract maximum value from a referral network that is complimented by your proactive nature in lead generation.
As the ideal candidate you will have a proven track record in a sales role, ideally in a mobile lending capacity but we are also interested in applicants that come from a strong background in lending.
