This boutique holistic wealth management firm focuses on strategic advice for a variety of clients, and has been established for over 20 years.

Unlike most financial planning businesses, this boutique provides a true fee for service advice model and are very "high touch" with their clients, contacting or meeting them regularly
The purpose of the position is to provide professional and proactive support to the Financial Adviser(s) to enhance the client relationships and ensure they are well equipped to service their clients as per the practice service standard. This role is considered as a professional development role to progress to an authorised Financial Adviser over time.
This role is very diverse, some of your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist Financial Adviser(s) with client meetings and presentations
- Take responsibility for file notes and action items from client meetings
- Assist with the upkeep of the financial planning software and keep up to date with changes and enhancements
- Provide assistance to Financial Adviser support team with client paperwork, preparation of lodgements
- Assist Financal Adviser(s) with strategy preparation and development through to implementation
- Assist Financial Adviser(s) with practice compliance requirements
- Review all the information received from the Financial Adviser(s) and discuss and agree the appropriate planning strategy with Financial Adviser(s)
- Review/prepare the SOA, submit to Financial Adviser(s) for review and make modifications as required
- Review/prepare relevant Financial Modelling for client situations
- Undertake relevant research and development of suitable asset allocation and investments to assist with client’s strategy development
To be successful for the role you must have some experience working in a professional financial planning business as either a Client Services Officer or Paraplanner/Associate
This business is expanding and open to support progression to Advising for the right candidate, however they are also very happy to meet career support candidates.
