• My client have a very strong on-going deal pipeline

Key Responsibilities 

• Support extensive due diligence efforts on potential investments including understanding business models and key operational aspects, interviewing key customers/suppliers, co-ordinating advisers (lawyers, accountants etc) 
• Build comprehensive financial valuation models reflecting operational assumptions relevant to specific investments 
• Support internal processes for completing investments including building presentations for the Investment Committee, arranging closing documentation, etc 
• Assess and manage a high-volume pipeline of new deals 
• Comprehensive analysis of industries relevant to potential investments and broader themes 
• Contribute to Investment Committee discussions on specific investments 

Key Attributes 

• Have 2-4 years of relevant experience, either from a Management Consulting, Investment Banking or Private Equity background 
• Strong knowledge of Excel including experience with cash flow modeling and investment valuation techniques 
• Highly analytic with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
• The ability to work under pressure and good time management skills 
• Confident, friendly, polished with an ability to work as part of a team and alongside senior executives
