A rare and exciting opportunity to join a progressive and dynamic financial services firm and gain exposure to Dealer Groups, Financial Advisers and Retail clients.
This ASX listed company has grown rapidly during it's tenure creating a new client services role. The organisation offers one on one personalised training and strong career development.
This client services role is diversified - with administrative and client contact work involved. The main focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximise client retention.
Duties will include;
- Opening of new business accounts; including reviewing and authorising documentation
- Submitting rollover requests
- Account management - updating accounts and maintenance as per requested
- Transaction processing
- Support and facilitate transitions - duplicating applications, managing transfers
- Client and Adviser communication - over the phone and email
- Managing Chat enquireis in line with company's service
- liasing with key relationships
Skills and Experience;
- Contact centre experience in financial services highly desired
- Tertiary qualifications - ideally a degree in Finance, Business or Economics
- 1 years experience in a similar role in financial services or insurance
- Superannuation experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to communicate easily and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
