Purpose

To provide Back Office Operations Support to the Treasury Department in processing Treasury transactions, ensuring deals are completed correctly and in a timely manner.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Input Treasury related transactions in relevant internal and external systems
• Check dealing evidence, reuters conversations and customer confirmations
• Confirm transactions with counterparties and follow-up any outstanding confirmations and amounts
• Ensure timely and accurate payment/settlement of Treasury transactions
• Assist with end of day balancing
• Monitor AUD and NZD cash position
• Prepare end of day and end of month reports
• Other duties as requested by Manager / Supervisor

Experience and Education

• 2-5 years Treasury Operations
