About The Role
Role Location: Devonport, TAS
Role Type: Permanent Full time
 
As a Home and Investment Lending Manager within ANZ’s Australian Branch Network, you will be responsible in driving mortgage sales and cross-sales performance to deliver growth. Your focus will be on mortgage lending whilst looking for cross sell opportunities such as insurance and other sub-products. You will contribute to branch profitability by increasing mortgage funds under management, developing strong customer relationships and fostering relationships with referral sources.
 
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Good understanding of the full range of transactional & lending products and previous consumer lending experience in a banking environment is highly regarded
• Exceptional relationship building and business development skills
• Strong communication, problem solving skills, and demonstrated ability to work to targets
• Commitment to customer care and ethical lending practices
• Digital savvy and proficiency
• Desire to work in a team oriented product sales environment will ensure success in the achievement of both individual and team targets
