Based in the heart of the CBD, their highly experienced Managerial Team are seeking a Commercial Credit Manger to join them immediately in this newly created role.  They provide their staff with a supportive, professional and exciting work environment and they only hire the cream of the crop!

 The Job…..  

Reporting through to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assessing commercial loan applications in relation to mortgage finance
• Develop credit policies and procedures for the Firm
• Keeping abreast of relevant legislation and updating policies and procedures on a continual basis
• Training & developing staff to ensure credit quality is maintained
• Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders such as BDM’s, Brokers, Solicitors, QS, Valuers
• Work closely with Management to provide advice & guidance around new lending products

 You…..  

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

• Min 5 years experience working within Commercial Lending (Mortgages)
• Experience working within a non-bank lender is highly desirable
• Previously held a DLA
• Experienced in implementing credit policies and procedures across an organisation to ensure credit quality is maintained
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels and to present findings in a clear and conscience manner.
