About BOQFinance:

BOQ Finance offers finance and lease products for personal and commercial purposes for a broad range of asset classes including cars, trucks, material handling, access equipment, mining and construction equipment, IT & telecommunications, software, and office equipment.  These products are distributed through dealerships, vendor partners, finance brokers, online and through branch networks.  BOQ Finance operates from a headquarters in Sydney and Brisbane, with geographic representation around Australia and New Zealand.

 

About the Role:

The Dealer Operations Officer (Wholesale Dealer Finance) is responsible for providing sales (initial) and (ongoing) service support to Distributors and Dealers via email, phone and office based systems.  In this role, you will assist with:- 

  • Settling new business & invoice processing
  • Allocation and reconciliation of payments
  • Conducting stock audits
  • Calling dealers to recover money
  • General administration and other duties relating to floor plan facilities

 

About you:

  • Previous experience working in Wholesale (asset) finance (consumer or commercial) preferred
  • Exceptional Customer Service focus
  • Proven partner management experience
  • High level of accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail
  • Experience processing payments and invoices preferred
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and cross functional support teams
  • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Strong data entry skills
