The role
The primary focus for this position is to work with the Key Account Leader in completing the day to day Client queries within our Customer Service Team. There is direct contact with our customers via our Call Centre and Workflow system, and responsibility for managing allocated client mailboxes, processing requests and responding to enquiries.

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Day to day client queries and escalation resolution
  • Receiving and Completing Client calls
  • Resolution of queries/escalations in-line with agreed timeframes (Internal and External).
  • Direct Contact with Fund Managers, Investors and Advisors
  • Monitor Client Mailbox and Workflow Systems
  • Provide a Superior Service to Customers
  • Liaise with Advisors and clients to fulfil service and processing requests within SLA’s
About You
Apart from the usual well-developed verbal and written communication skills, good time management skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team, you’ll also need to demonstrate:
  • Experience in Operations/Client Service Areas within Funds Management with a portfolio of clients
  • Knowledge and experience with AML/KYC
  • Ability to work effectively in a broader team
  • Investor /Adviser query resolution experience
  • Proven ability to Manage Client Requests and drive to agreed outcomes
  • Previous experience in working with offshore teams would be an advantage
  • Energy, tenacity, client focus and resilience, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills will seal the deal!
