What this job involves:
In this role you will develop core capabilities by providing assistance to the team in financial analysis, database management, reporting, analysis of data and administration. Specific duties will include
 
 

• Data input and review
• Financial analysis of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data.
• Collation and analysis of financial and property lease data
• Providing a support role in producing Rent Roll files
• Major landlord arrears – reconciliations and liaising with Landlords/Tenants.
• Outgoings and Adhoc - review and report on outgoings and adhoc payments and charge
• Support LA team with internal stakeholder meetings and reporting requirements.

• Ideally 2 years' experience in the real estate industry or recently graduated tertiary qualifications in property or related disciplines.
• Strong excel and reporting skills
• Have proven skills ensuring attention to detail
• Demonstrate speed and accuracy in deliverables
• Enthusiastic about proactively developing real estate knowledge
• Have a positive attitude toward providing outstanding client service

• Data input and review
• Financial analysis of transaction data
• Collation and analysis of market and financial data
• Providing a support role in negotiations of larger acquisitions, disposals, renewals etc. through market analysis, strategy formulation and transaction administration.
• Turn over rental- review of outstanding money owed by revenue tenants such as
• Outgoings- review of revenue outgoing payments due
• Land tax- assessment of land tax across the free hold sites and advice on where the tax should be objected to/further reviewed.
