We’re currently looking for a Client Service Manager to join us in Adelaide on a 12 month parental leave contract. In this role you will be tasked with providing support to a portfolio of SMSF Administration customers including Advisers, Accountants and direct clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for service to take ownership of a portfolio and build strong relationships with your clients.
To be successful in this role first and foremost you will demonstrate superior client service skills. You will be able to learn & retain a range of new information i.e products, systems & processes and work well with others in your team to deliver great service to clients.
Ideally you will have previously worked in an Accounting or Financial Planning environment. SMSF knowledge is a big advantage however it's not essential for consideration. Strong client services experience is a must have.
