We’re currently looking for a Client Service Manager to join us in Sydney. As a Client Service Manager you support a portfolio of SMSF Administration customers including Advisers, Accountants and direct clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for service to move into a role where you will support a select portfolio and build strong, ongoing relationships with these clients.
To be successful in this role first and foremost you will demonstrate superior client service skills. You will be able to learn & retain a range of new information i.e products, systems & processes and work well with others in your team to deliver great service to clients.
Ideally you will have previously worked in an Accounting or Financial Planning environment. SMSF knowledge is a big advantage however it's not essential for consideration. Strong experience and capability working with clients is really important!
