About the role
Mainstream Group is offering a fantastic opportunity to a Client Services Representative to join the team. This role will be responsible for overall administering accurate and timely unit registry services to our clients and investors. You will be working in a busy, fast paced team to provide exceptional service and support to all Mainstream Clients on daily operations ensuring all agreements are consistently met.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls for a portfolio of managed funds
- First point of contact for investors and financial advisors and Fund Managers
- Professionally and proactively responding to customer queries or complaints
- Processing daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations and reporting
- Conduct checks on all new applications in accordance with AML/CTF requirements
- Be able to work at a fast pace, high volume environment
- Working effectively with relevant internal stakeholders
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as required
About You
This is a challenging role in a fast-paced environment that would suit an exceptional communicator who is a proactive problem solver, able to work within strict timeframes and prioritise tasks, with a keen sense of initiative. To be successful, you will need to be able to operate autonomously and as part of a team, and have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
