We are currently looking for a Contact Centre Service Officer - Outbound to join our Team at our Head Office based in Homebush.
  
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for actively cross-selling and promoting the organisation’s products and services in order to maximise business opportunities and increase product uptake. As part of the role, you will use a variety of interactions including phone, email, fax, web chat, video conferencing and social media.

Key duties will include:
  • Conducting outbound calls for a range of income producing or value adding activities in order to attract, bind, and retain members to the organisation
  • Identifying existing and potential member needs, recognising appropriate opportunities to maximise product uptake whilst simultaneously enhancing the customer experience
  • Achieving individual KPI’s which relate to sales, service and compliance and contribute positively to the departments’ broader KPI deliverables
  • Effectively dealing with every member in a positive and knowledgeable manner – including the professional handling of complaints and resolutions
About you
  
We’d like you to have:
  • FSR Tier 2 Accreditation (desirable)
  • At least 1 year contact centre experience
  • Certificate IV in Financial Services and outbound sales experience (desirable)
