The Business
  
A very large multinational financial services firm who offer a wide range of products including payments solutions and foreign exchange is looking for a senior compliance officer. They are situated across the globe servicing a huge market share of customers and can offer great international exposure. You will be placed in the heart of the CBD.
  
The Role
  
As a senior risk and compliance officer your duties will include but not be limited to;

• Develop, maintain and revise policy and procedures
• Production and review of AML/CTF guidelines with change in regulation
• Partner with other business units to direct compliance issues to the appropriate channels
• Respond to all compliance issues relating to rules, regulations, policies and procedures
• Review and evaluate compliance issues
• Build and maintain training and development
• Ad-Hoc Duties

Skills and Experience

• 4+ years’ experience in compliance or regulatory environment
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory bodies and experience dealing with them
• Relevant tertiary degree
• Must be very personable as you will need to partner with and manage many stakeholders across the business
• Confident decision maker
• Compliance qualifications are highly desirable
