Your Opportunity

The Customer Experience team provides front-line support to clients via live chat, phone and email channels. The Customer Experience team assists in monitoring trading conditions and reporting on client feedback and general requests.

Your Activity

• Livechat Support
• Inbound Phone Support
• Monitoring and responding to the main support inbox to ensure clients are responded to in a timely manner
• Monitoring Server Logs and Ensuring Servers are Online
• Recording and Cataloguing Client Issues and Requests to report to managers
• Maintaining and Updating our Website Support Page and Knowledge Base
• Monitoring Accounts for Fraud and Suspicious Activity
• Competitor Analysis
• Checking Swaps Weekly
• Monitoring VPS Sponsorships

To be considered for this vacancy

• Minimum six months experience in a Customer Service or Sales related function 
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Outgoing and friendly personality 
• You enjoy being part of an inclusive and friendly team environment
• You have the ability to build strong relationships
• Outstanding attention to detail and follow through
• Intermediate computer skills 
• Tertiary Education
