About The Role
Role Location: Waymouth Street or Unley, SA
Role Type: Permanent Full-time
 
Your role as a Development Relationship Manager is to manage and grow portfolio of accounts through developing strong customer relationships, referrals and client acquisition. You will collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the client whilst minimizing all potential risks to ANZ.
 
Your role is primarily responsible for deepening ANZ view of our clients and the industries in which they operate in order to improve strategic dialogue and identify business opportunities.
 
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Tertiary Qualification in a business related field
  
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit assessment skills incorporation (background of sound business lending)
  
• Excellent customer focus, people management and coaching skills
  
• Demonstrated understanding of business needs and expectations and abilities to originate new businesses
  
• Proven relationship building and negotiation skills
  
• Commitment to responsible lending practices
