The Company
We are a rapidly expanding national Financial Services (Financial Planning) Dealer Group and Funds Management business.

The Role
With continued growth and expansion they require a passionate staff member who can work autonomously in the end to end administration for a range of client’s accounts.

Strong administration and customer service skills are essential for this role.

Client Account Administrator

  • End to end administration of your portfolio of client accounts
  • Maintain and update relevant systems and databases
  • Complete face to face applications with clients
  • Processing Rollovers, Contributions and Pension Payments
  • Establishing Self-Managed Super Funds
  • Obtaining ABN and Tax File Numbers
  • Managing transactions to and from clients’ bank accounts
  • Reconcile all client account balances and transactions on a daily basis
  • Ensure client review meetings are completed
  • Generate and send reports and correspondence to your clients

Skills required

  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Handle telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent ability in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Previous work experience in the Financial Services or Banking environment are essential
