About the company
Click Loans, Lendi's proprietary white label Home Loan product, offers consumers the opportunity to search, compare, apply for and fulfil their home loan applications entirely online, with the support of a team of Home Loan Specialists providing expert home loan support, guidance and advice.
About the role
As a Home Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Contacting pre-qualified Customers by phone to provide loan application assistance and product advice at various stages of the online application process;
- Understanding Customers' needs and desired outcomes to help them achieve their financial goals (through refinancing, debt consolidation and/or new home purchases);
- Managing a pipeline of WARM, inbound leads, taking the Customer on a seamless journey from application through to settlement
- Working closely with our Client Services team to fulfill your loan applications with lenders - we provide FULL support with all loan processing duties to free you up to write more business than you could ever imagine!
Skills and experience
- Previous lending/broker/finance sales experience, including exposure to finance applications, submissions and settlements;
- Self-motivated with a desire to go above and beyond;
- A high degree of competency in computer and web applications;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
