The Regional Client Innovation Manager position is a key role within the Regional & Agribusiness Banking (RAB) business. With around 70 locations, RAB’s key role is to support the financial needs of a diverse range of businesses across Australia. The vision of the RAB team is to improve the financial wellbeing of our customers and communities throughout Regional Australia.
We are looking for an skilled Innovation Manager who thrives in an exciting environment and shares our passion for innovation and continuously improving what we do and how we support regional economies and communities across Australia.

Are you a motivated and passionate innovator? As the Regional Client Innovation Manager, you'll partner with our world-class Innovation Lab to produce a key differentiator for our regional business clients as well as drive broader business development outcomes.
More specifically, you will:
- have the opportunity to lead and deliver a dynamic innovation program that builds tangible benefits for our customers
- Deliver world class workshops and events to cultivate innovation in the regional sector, support our clients and attract new to bank clients to the bank.
- play a key role in fostering and developing relationships in the wider innovation community
Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- experience in innovation, entrepreneurship or developing new businesses
- exceptional facilitation and presentation skills
- ability to travel on a monthly basis to regional Australia;
- strong knowledge of Design Thinking and Lean Start-up methodologies
- extensive project management or event management experience;
- results focus and excellent problem solving capability;
- a highly organised approach to regular tasks & excellent attention to detail; and
- a real passion for innovation and technology.
