About the role
This is an integral full time role, assisting the finance division with the following:
- Completing regular home loan ‘Check Ins’ over the phone with existing finance clients
- Provide administrative support on a broad range of finance applications
- Client relationship management – being the main point of contact for all existing finance clients
- Complete all post settlement transactions for our existing clients – including loan top ups, product switches, loan variations and splits
- Maintaining client database and Mercury CRM
- Liaising with various stakeholders including solicitors, lenders, valuers, agents and clients

- Previous experience within the mortgage industry is essential to this role
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Customer focused and strong ability to build a rapport
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft suite
- Very organised with a strong attention to detail
