About the role 

This is an integral full time role, assisting the finance division with the following:

  • Completing regular home loan ‘Check Ins’ over the phone with existing finance clients
  • Provide administrative support on a broad range of finance applications
  • Client relationship management – being the main point of contact for all existing finance clients
  • Complete all post settlement transactions for our existing clients – including loan top ups, product switches, loan variations and splits
  • Maintaining client database and Mercury CRM
  • Liaising with various stakeholders including solicitors, lenders, valuers, agents and clients 

About you

  • Previous experience within the mortgage industry is essential to this role 
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Customer focused and strong ability to build a rapport 
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft suite
  • Very organised with a strong attention to detail
