Our Client

Established in 2001 this organisation is currently going through a period of sustained growth and is looking for a Paraplanner to join their expanding team. Built off the foundations of providing strategical advice you will be working with industry recognised advisers that have a solid reputation for providing advice in the best interest of the clients needs. 

The Role

This role will see you supporting a small team of Advisers with developing strategies that meet their client's individual objectives, financial situation and needs. Your role will be varied, busy, challenging and extremely rewarding.  You will be given the opportunity to provide quality strategic advice in all areas of Financial Planning including strategy, investment, risk, SMSF and Super. You will help manage client expectations and provide them with holistic advice.

Duties

• Produce detailed and accurate SoA’s
• Assisting the adviser to develop relevant strategies through research
• Assemble & assist with client portfolios
• Help create a range of appropriate investment strategies
• Maintain and track client files using XPLAN

Qualifications & Experience

• DFP essential
• Previous experience as a Paraplanner / Senior Paraplanner (minimum 2 years)
• Experience using XPLAN or COIN
• A desire & proven ability to work collaboratively
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Process orientated with the ability to use initiative to solve problems.
