Due to significant growth we are seeking an experienced, successful and high achieving Mortgage Adviser to join our team and immediately add value to the business. This key role would suit a driven mortgage broker, credit advisor or mortgage lending specialist with a proven track record of success and a passion for residential construction loans.
Based in our Head Office, you will provide timely support and service to customers, effectively handling all new and existing enquiries. Utilising your ability to assess all situations, you will identify the customer's needs while providing end to end service on the most appropriate solutions in all financial aspects. You will have a proven history of achieving monthly targets.
You will need to demonstrate:
- A proven track record in selling home loan products, including construction loans
- The ability to convert leads to loans and customers into referrers
- A strong understanding of the current lending market and residential building industry
- A solid understanding and experience in credit procedures and policies
In addition it is essential that you have the following attributes:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure quality and service standards are met
Applicants are required to be highly professional, confident and have the strength of character to generate respect from the sales teams and back office support as well as having a natural aptitude for enquiry and accountability. It is expected that some out of hours work will be required.
